Refunds are given only at the sole discretion of the OpenTech. Refunds will not be given if the project has been active for more than 30 days from the first payment transfer.

Trademark, Registrations, & Ownership All the rights of the finalized artwork or services OpenTech has created and performed for its clients belong to the client it was designed for. OpenTech does not hold any rights of the design created (provided that final payment has been received from the client).
